Beyoncé’s clothing line is off to an explosive start. Queen Bey has already made headlines with the Ivy Park and Adidas collaboration long before it was released, and upon its release, it just got some more attention from fans who lamented not being able to snag some gear before it all sold out.
Unfortunately, Beyoncé has also gotten into a spat of trouble for allegedly not being size-inclusive. According to OK UK, a celebrity news website, Ivy Park has been called out for not being inclusive to the plus-size community after Lizzo’s pictures wearing the line didn’t quite seem like it was made for her.
A fan noticed that Lizzo was only wearing a jacket from the line and claimed that the fact that it wasn’t zipped up gave it away that Ivy Park has perhaps not worked hard enough on making the clothes available for all sizes.
The fan even wrote in a post:
“The Lizzo Ivy Park video was the equivalent to going to the mall with your thin friends and only being able to browse the jewelry/sunglasses.”
Others pointed out that Ivy Park not including more plus-size options may just be its detriment, considering it’s already being advertised as exercise clothes.
Some fans also noticed a lack of clothes being given to Kim Kardashian, who herself has been quite the icon of athleisure wear since it took off. While Kim has so far remained quiet about the whole thing, some people on social media have already spun hilarious jokes about it, with one user writing:
“If your day isn’t going so well just remember Kim K is still sitting by her front door waiting for her Ivy Park.”
The stars who were lucky enough to get a package from Queen Bey herself was Reese Witherspoon, dubbed by the online world as Beyoncé’s newly approved white woman, Stormzy, and a whole lot more.
