The queen is coming back in a music video she is shooting for the release of “Brown Skin Girl,” as her next single.

According to NME, a British music journalism website, it was Mail Online that got the scope on Bey filming in one of the estates in South London. Bey was also reportedly spotted in other locations in London like Catford and Thamesmead. Additionally, Bey’s team also released a casting call for the project.

The casting call asked for participants in the music video who are from “all cultures, nationalities, ethnicities, genders, ages, and backgrounds.”

In the same report by the Mail, Beyoncé reportedly wanted to make sure that the video will fully capture the tribute she sang for the brown skin girl. She wanted to make everyone feel appropriately represented, regardless of the level of melanin in their skin, or the culture they came from.

“She may refer to Naomi Campbell and Lupita Nyong’o in the track but she was keen to have normal people step forward and tell their stories,” the source further reads.

Along with this, fans of the queen herself also wondered if she will be reuniting with Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams in possibly a Destiny’s Child comeback tour or something of that fashion. This was easily answered by Rowland herself, saying that if a reunion tour or performance is to happen, she would like to keep it a secret.

It can be remembered in the past, though, that Rowland also said she wasn’t particularly confident in a reunion happening. She told Entertainment Tonight before that while they made “incredible music in the past,” she still didn’t “know if the group will return.”

However, Rowland still wanted to extend her gratitude to fans and supporters who still appreciated the music that they made enough to want them to make a comeback. So here, she just says that she is delighted that the fans have not wavered in their support and was not averse to at least giving them some surprises in the near future.
